Preliminary site plans approved for Nylon Capital project in Seaford

Seaford leaders got much more than a stocking stuffer last week.
On Dec. 12, City Council approved Seaford Commercial 28 LLC’s preliminary site plans for a large project geared to resurrect the former Nylon Capital Shopping Center, which is now mostly vacant but was a retail hub decades ago.
