Portion of Beaver Dam Road in Lewes to close for roundabout
LEWES — The Delaware Department of Transportation announced on Thursday that a portion of Beaver Dam Road, between Hopkins Road and Stockley Road (Anchor Run) in Lewes, will be closed for the installation of a roundabout at the entrance of Anchor Run Subdivision.
The roadway is expected to be closed at 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 4, until midnight Friday, Oct. 15, pending weather conditions.
Detour signs will be posted for motorists. Residents will have access to their homes at all times, but may need to take the posted detour route.
