Aircraft moves to Dover location for Polytech training program

DOVER -- A plane bound for Polytech School of Aviation Maintenance made its way from Dover Air Force Base's Civil Air Terminal to the Kent Aeropark Tuesday. The final legs of its journey were propelled by a crew of workers pushing it down Horsepond Road.
