Police identify victim in fatal Dover crash

By DOVER - Delaware State Police on Friday identified Sebastian Grow, 20, of Woodside, as the victim in a fatal Dover area crash two days earlier.
Authorities said Mr. Grow was a passenger in a vehicle that left Bayside Drive on a curve for unknown reasons and crashed at approximately 12:57 p.m. Wednesday. Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 20-year-old Woodside woman, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
