Police identify victim in fatal Dover crash

By DOVER — Delaware State Police on Wednesday identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle collision Monday as Eboni Fisher, 45, of Camden.
Ms. Fisher was a passenger in a vehicle that struck a tree after leaving Wheel of Fortune Road at approximately 5:55 p.m., spokesman Senior Cpl. Jason Hatchell said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was admitted to a hospital in serious condition, police said.
The Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate. Troopers asked anyone with information to contact Sgt. Wheatley at 302-698-8518.
