Police identify man who dies at Sussex Correctional Institution

GEORGETOWN - Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died at Sussex Correctional Institution on Saturday as Terry Spence, 52, of Lewes.
The investigation into this incident remains active and ongoing with further details to be released as they become available.
Police said Mr. Spence was turned over to the Delaware Division of Forensic Science where an autopsy was to be performed to determine the cause and manner of death.
