Narr, Whitehead join Hebron Savings Bank Board of Directors

HEBRON — Hebron Savings Bank on April 17 announced the appointment of Frank J. Narr Jr. and Darron S. O. Whitehead to its board of directors beginning immediately. With these additions, Hebron Savings Bank has expanded its board to eight members.

Mr. Narr is a retired CFO from the insurance brokerage industry and is an active volunteer in the Dorchester County community. He received his B.A. in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa.

Upon graduation, he became a certified public accountant and worked for the international accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C., and later in Philadelphia, Pa. He holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Mr. Whitehead is a real estate broker, retired Maryland State trooper, and part-time defense tactics instructor at the police academy at Wor-Wic Community College. He owns Whitehead Real Estate Executives and the Salisbury School of Martial Arts. Mr. Whitehead graduated from the Maryland State Police Academy and is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Delaware.

“Mr. Narr and Mr. Whitehead bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles with Hebron Savings Bank,” a statement from the bank said. “Their proven track record of success and strategic vision will be invaluable as the bank continues to grow and expand its market presence.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Frank and Darron to our Board of Directors,” Chairman Victor H. Laws III said in the statement. “Their unique perspective and leadership skills will play a significant role in guiding our company. We look forward to their valuable insights and future contributions.”
