MOT rolled to an 18-5 win over New Hampshire this morning to reach the winners’ bracket finals of the Intermediate baseball East Regional.

The Delaware state champions are now 3-0 and will face Pennsylvania, which is also 3-0, on Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Dover Little League.

The winner advances to Thursday morning’s East championship game. The East champion earns a spot in the Intermediate World Series in Livermore, Calif.

MOT has won its three games by a combined 28-11. The Middletown-area squad is now 6-0 in all-star action this summer.

Little League’s Intermediate division is for players ages 11-13 years old playing on a field with the pitchers’ mound 50 feet from home plate and bases 70 feet apart.

State champion Brandywine was eliminated with a 12-4 loss to Maryland this afternoon. It finished with a record of 1-2.
