Millsboro woman remembered for passion for veterans, Wreaths Across America

One of Teresa Townsend’s final wishes was granted this week in Millsboro.
In life, her heart bled passionately for America’s veterans.
So, it was fitting that her funeral procession Thursday included a swing through the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, where she served as location coordinator for Wreaths Across America the past five years.
