Millsboro council takes first step toward marijuana ban

At its September meeting, Millsboro Town Council unanimously authorized town solicitor Mary Schrider-Fox to work up a draft ordinance that, with its approval, would prohibit marijuana operations in town limits.
Her proposal was presented at council’s meeting Monday, and members will discuss it further next month.
