Milford to hold open house for business park proposal

Posted

MILFORD — The city will hold an open house to discuss the Milford Corporate Center plan Sept. 27.

At the meeting, 6-8 p.m. at the Public Works facility, the city’s planning consultant will gather feedback from the public and provide information regarding the proposed business park.

Milford purchased approximately 182 acres of land at the northwest corner of Milford-Harrington Highway and Canterbury Road in fall 2021 for a business park. Its development will be subject to public hearings as required by city code, though meeting dates have not been determined.

Anyone with interest is invited to the open house and public hearings. Direct questions to planning director Rob Pierce at 302-424-8395 or rpierce@milford-de.gov.
