Milford School District accepting nominations for Teacher of the Year and Behavioral Health Professional of the Year

MILFORD — Milford School District is currently accepting nominations for Teacher of the Year and Behavioral Health Professional of the Year.

Teacher of the Year nominations closes on March 10.  

Behavioral Health Professional of the Year nominations close on March 3. The BHP classification includes school counselors, social workers, family interventionists, visiting teachers, psychologists, and nurses. 

Last year, Milford School District’s Teacher of the Year, Ashley Lockwood, and Behavioral Health Professional of the Year, Rosa DiPiazza, went on to win their respective categories at the state level.

Nominations for both categories are open to anyone in the schools or district-community and can be submitted at Teacher of the Year and Behavioral Health Professional of the Year
