Maryland man in fatal hit-and-run crash identified

SMYRNA — Delaware State Police have identified the 71-year-old Maryland man who died from injuries suffered in a hit-and-run crash on Monday.
Police said David Lister, of Henderson, died from the incident while driving on Wheatleys Pond Road west of Bryn Zion Road at approximately 2:06 a.m., police said.
Police said detectives located and identified the other driver involved. The crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time.
The Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction detectives are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to contact Master Cpl. W. Booth by calling 302-698-8451.
