Lawmakers pass bill to slash Delaware greenhouse gas emissions

A bill to slash state greenhouse gas emissions cleared its last hurdle in the General Assembly on Tuesday. The Delaware Climate Change Solutions Act of 2023 would have the state would achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
