Lake Forest School District welcomes supervisor of special programs

FELTON — The Lake Forest School District recently welcomed Michelle Allman as the supervisor of special programs.

Mrs. Allman will oversee Special Education Services, education support for students with English as a Second language, and a number of other departments.

In response to her new position, Mrs. Allman said, “As the new supervisor of special programs for the Lake Forest School District, my goal is to be a collaborative leader and support the programming needs of students and instructional needs of teachers.

“I look forward to being a resource for families, students and teachers to ensure equitable programming and educational opportunities are provided.”
Mrs. Allman begins her new position on July 1.
