Kent County Sheriff’s Office to hold Trunk or Treat

DOVER — The Kent County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with First State Action for a Trunk or Treat event Thursday
This free event will take place in the Blue Hen Mall parking lot from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. The sheriff and his deputies will hand out Halloween candy to community youth.
