The heart of Georgetown is in line for a landscaping face-lift, courtesy of Georgetown Arts & Flowers.
On Monday, town leaders cast their blessing for the organization to replace the shrubbery in The Circle with grass, creating a more scenic view of the fountain centerpiece, large evergreen tree and walkways.
