Georgetown salutes agency’s commitment to rooting out poverty

Georgetown Mayor Bill West, on behalf of Town Council, used a proclamation Monday to recognize the First State Community Action Agency for its 58-year commitment to eliminate causes of poverty, while promoting self-pride and sustainability.
