The best for last: Delaware is final state in teen’s flag-placing mission

The First State has become the last state in Preston Sharp’s mission to salute military veterans nationwide.
With 49 already in the books, the Redding, California, teen will visit Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro on Thursday morning to complete his goal of placing flags and flowers at veterans’ graves in every state.
