FELTON — One incumbent and one newcomer were elected to seats on Town Council on Monday.
There were two open seats, with four vying for them: incumbent William Brittingham, Marquise Broom, Bryan Johnson and Deborah Virdin.
Mr. Brittingham led the way in votes, with 49.
Mr. Broom was also voted in, with 34 votes. It will be his first time as a Felton council person.
Ms. Virdin received 12 votes, and Mr. Johnson three.
