Entertainers on Harrington fairgrounds offering roaming fun

A heretofore unsung group of heroes of the Delaware State Fair strolls the grounds spreading happiness where they go, and it doesn’t cost a dime extra. The fair’s roaming acts are an eclectic bunch. But what unites them is their shared goal: putting a smile on fairgoers’ faces.
