Eleven Milford apartment units ‘unfit’ for occupancy

Milford has declared 11 dwellings unsafe for occupancy in the Brightway Commons apartment complex. Not all of the 15 units were occupied at the time the city took action, said a spokesman for the organization that owns the complex.
