DUIs in Delaware create a constant danger
Police, state agencies work to thwart swing in impaired driving

A computer check for previous charges found that a driver had been convicted seven times for DUI when stopped for speeding in late March.
That’s according to Delaware State Police, who reported that a trooper pulled the vehicle over in the early morning on North DuPont Highway in Dover.
