Gupta joins TidalHealth OB/GYN in Seaford
SEAFORD — Dr. Abha Gupta has joined TidalHealth OB/GYN, Mears Campus.
Dr. Gupta has lived and worked in Sussex County since 2005. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She graduated from Punjab (India) University and Christian Medical College. She trained as an OB/GYN and was an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology prior to moving to the United States.
After earning a Master of Public Health degree at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Gupta completed an OB/GYN residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now part of Rutgers University). While there, she served as a chief resident and received numerous awards.
Dr. Gupta is experienced in routine and high-risk pregnancies, adolescent gynecology, gynecological surgery and procedures, infertility, urinary incontinence, minimally invasive surgery and contraceptives.
Her professional memberships include the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
