Dover Planning Commission to discuss warehouse site plan
By DOVER—The City of Dover planning commission will be reviewing a site plan for a new 5,120 sq/ft warehouse next to an existing 10,000 sq/ft warehouse on College Park Drive.
College Park Drive is a private street towards the back of the College Business Park, which is located near North Dover Elementary School.
Applicant Stolzfus LLC is requesting various wavers, including a request to lower the required number of parking spaces for the project from 18 to 11.
The application will be discussed and a public hearing will be held at the commission’s meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dover City Hall.
