On June 6, Easton Volunteer Fire Department responded to 219 S. Washington Street, Easton, (University of Maryland Shore Medical System) in reference to miscellaneous items on fire adjacent to the building. Fire department personnel responded and quickly extinguished the flames.

He was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center to await a hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
