Comp plan, zoning change for Georgetown development tabled

Town Council hoping for more info from DelDOT

Georgetown's mayor and Town Council decided Monday to delay a vote regarding a U.S. 113 entrance to a proposed development east of Parker Road, pending a meeting with the Department of Transportation.

The key issue is safety and traffic congestion on the narrow, two-lane state thoroughfare.
