The Delaware Coalition for Open Government will host a virtual book event Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m.

Author Hal Weitzman, adjunct associate professor at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, will speak about his book, “What’s the Matter With Delaware?: How the First State Has Favored the Rich, Powerful and Criminal — and How It Costs Us All.”
