Delaware Society Sons of the American Revolution award Eagle Scout of the Year
The Delaware Society, Sons of the American Revolution, awarded its Eagle Scout of the Year to William Harp, son of Gary and Julianne Bebbington.
Mr. Harp is a student at John Dickinson High School and belongs to Boy Scout Troop 252 of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Newark.
He received a certificate, trophy and a $1,000 scholarship.
