Delaware Second Amendment rights to be discussed Wednesday
DOVER — The 31st Representative District Republican Committee will hold its monthly meeting Wednesday at Pizza Delight, 67 Greentree Drive in the Greentree Shopping Center, at 6:30 p.m.
Special guest will be Mark Garfinkel. He is a certified NRA instructor/trainer and will discuss Delaware gun laws and their impact on Second Amendment rights. He will also discuss how to obtain a concealed carry permit from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. He is a certified trainer for these three states and Delaware.
All Republicans and persons interested in Second Amendment rights in addition out-of-state weapons’ permits are welcome.
