DOVER — Gov. John Carney announced Thursday his intention to end Delaware’s COVID-19 public health emergency order May 11.
The date, contingent on any unanticipated developments, is the same day the federal emergency is set to expire.
Under state law, these orders must be renewed every 30 days. Gov. Carney extended the order March 31 and plans to extend it once more in April.
