Delaware Office of Highway Safety pushing for pedestrian awareness

The 18 pedestrian deaths so far this year in Delaware have all been preventable, the state Office of Highway Safety says.
So, in the midst of National Pedestrian Safety Month, the agency is trying to convince the public of that.
