First State’s first lady enjoys time at fair in Harrington

Kids and animals abounded at the Delaware State Fair on Tuesday, and Tracey Quillen Carney was thrilled.
Delaware’s first lady began her visit onstage, reading the children’s book “Mrs. Wishy-Washy’s Farm” to an audience.
