Thirteen minority small-business owners graduated from the EnrichDelaware program Tuesday in Wilmington.
The course — part of the StreetWise Master of Business Administration curriculum presented by the national nonprofit Interise — took place over the last seven months for the Delaware-based entrepreneurs.
