Posted

PRINCESS ANNE — If you haven’t added your opinion on priorities to guide Somerset County’s Comprehensive Plan over the next 20 years your opportunity is closing fast.

A questionnaire on future land use, economic development, transportation, community facilities as well as environmental features is online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GCY3M6W and there are paper copies are at the public libraries and the Health Department but they will be taken down on June 6.

Details about the comprehensive plan process are online at plansomersetmd.org and specialists with Smith Planning and Design are leading this with the Department of Technical and Community Services.

The website is updated as each component to the plan is drafted with the final version to be submitted to the County Commissioners by July.
