DOVER — Buck’s Barbershop, a staple in the Dover community for more than 60 years, announced on its Facebook page on Monday that it will be closing its doors for good at 2296 Forrest Ave. on Friday.

“It’s with a heavy heart that we announce, that after 65 years of servicing our customers, Buck’s Barber Shop will be closing its doors on Friday, July 21st," wrote Virginia Sawyer, owner of Buck's.

“We would like to thank ALL our loyal customers and dedicated barbers, without whom our business would not have been the success it was for so many years.

“You will all remain in our hearts, like the family we have considered you for all these years.
“THANK YOU!!”
