ACLU of Delaware hosting rally in Dover Saturday
By DOVER — The ACLU of Delaware Smart Justice Ambassadors are hosting “We Demand: The People’s Rally” at noon Saturday at the Legislative Mall.
A news release said the rally is held in partnership with statewide advocacy organizations to ensure elected officials remain committed to priority issues including, but not limited to:
• True transparency and accountability in policing
• Closing the education funding gap
• Probation reform focused on rehabilitation instead of punishment.
