Life-threatening storm surge, heavy rainfall and flooding are underway in Florida due to Hurricane Ian. The “cone of uncertainty” shows it reaching Virginia some time Saturday, and the weather forecast shows rain from the storm in Delaware through the weekend. Are you prepared in case of a weather emergency? What’s in your “bug-out bag”?
