Firemen extinguishes shed fire

SALISBURY — The Salisbury Fire Department responded to a fire at approximately 11:58 p.m. on July 2 on Meadowlark Drive.

When the firefighters arrived they observed a 8x12 shed on fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire in 20 minutes.

The amount of loss was an estimated $8,000 for the structure and $2,000 for the contents.

The fire originated in the interior of the shed. The preliminary cause of the fire was electrical failure
