Over time, weather, age and termites have taken a toll on Warren’s Mill, the greater Millsboro area’s last-known gristmill. - Very sad when history is allowed to decay. — Howard Gaines III
- Someone needs to take a bunch of photos in and out and a 3-D mapping of it, too, so we can remember this part of history. — Khristian Berger
- This should not have happened. — Beverly Bliss Blake
- It’s a building. It has no value, and the cost to renovate makes it a ridiculous venture. How many times have you ridden past it? Did you ever try to save it? But now, it should be saved. Maybe now, they can fix those curves to make the road safer. — Frank Knotts
- That should have been saved years ago. Historical society, where are you? Too late to do anything with it now, but what a darn shame “history” wasn’t restored. — Susan White Whitby
- Historical society just wants to stop you from doing anything on or with your property without their consent. — Bob Hice
- Is any of the milling machinery still inside? — Charles “Chick” Curry
- Is there any wood inside that is in good shape to possibly make a bench or table out of and put in history, so everyone can see it at a museum organization? — Sheila Shields
- What a shame! We are losing a great part of history. Millsboro only wants to spend money on unnecessary things, instead of our great hometown history of the mill. I have lived in Millsboro all my life and have always been amazed with that building. So sad to see the town of Millsboro let it go! — Matt Johnson
- That makes me just sick. Sussex County has no sense of historical preservation. Just build another golf community and get on with the destruction. — Barbara Chretien-Dar
- Delaware as a whole allows history to decay and be lost. — R.W. Longacre
