COVID test appointments filled
Firefly Music Festival attendees did not have many options left to receive a negative COVID-19 test before the start of the event. The four-day festival, at the Woodlands of Dover, required proof of vaccination or a negative test for entry.

Opening postponed
Gates did not open at 3 p.m. Thursday for the Firefly Music Festival, as flood advisories are issued for the area. “Camping tollbooths, including RV and infield glamping, will (remain) closed at this time,” officials said in a notification to app users. “Please continue to seek shelter at a permanent structure such as a local business, Dover Mall, or Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.”
