In the 2018 election for the At Large Commissioner for Kent County, I fully support Terry Pepper.
Terry, now serving as vice president, has done outstanding service to all the residents of Kent County. He performs well under pressure and is resistant to any pressure to raise taxes or create circumstances that would negatively impact our residents. As chairman of the Public Safety Committee, he works overtime to ensure that our paramedic team is fully supplied with all the equipment they need to save lives.
Terry has the time and energy to continue to serve our residents in a professional manner. It would be my hope that you truly consider allowing Terry Pepper to continue on Levy Court as your Levy Court commissioner at large for another four years.
