New Castle County's Habitat for Humanity homeownership orientations in April

WILMINGTON — Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County will be hosting four orientation sessions in April on their homeownership program. Habitat’s homeownership program is a partnership opportunity for families to invest in their future by building a simple, decent, and affordable home at 0% interest.

Individuals interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner in New Castle County are required to attend a homeownership orientation session to join the program. During the orientation session, individuals can expect to learn about HFHNCC’s homeownership program, the application process, and program qualifications and requirements. HFHNCC is currently seeking families and individuals for future developments in Eastside, Wilmington. Those interested in this area are encouraged to attend an orientation. Orientations for the month of April are listed below:

• Tuesday, April 13 at 6 p.m.

• Saturday, April 24 at 9 a.m.

• Thursday, April 29 at 2 p.m.

All orientations sessions are conducted via Zoom. Those interested in attending a homeownership orientation can register here.
