MIDDLETOWN - Class was back in session Tuesday in the Appoquinimink School District, which includes 21 schools and more than 13,000 students.

Looking ahead, winter break comes Dec. 23-Jan. 1 and spring break runs April 18-25.

The last day for Appoquinimink, Middletown and Odessa high school seniors is June 3, and graduations are scheduled for June 7.

The last day of school for kindergarten through junior students is June 12.
