CAMBRIDGE — The Dorchester County Communications Division shared information Tuesday from the US National Weather Service Wakefield’s 8 a.m. update regarding Tropical Storm Debby. The system continues to move northward, as meteorologists call for vigilance concerning possible severe weather.

  • Confidence is moderate to high that the remnants of Debby will bring heavy rain to the region.
  • Heavy rain begins as early as Wednesday evening, overspreading the entire area Thursday into Saturday.
