MIDDLETOWN  —  Former Vice Mayor Jim Reynolds received a host of tributes at the Middletown Council meeting Monday.

Mr. Reynolds opted not to run for office this year after serving for 38 years on Town Council.

Also, newly-elected Town Council members Dave W. Thomas, Craig Sherman and Bruce Orr were sworn into office.

Mayor Ken Branner named Council member Aaron Blythe as the town's new Vice Mayor, Drew Chas was named Treasurer and Mr. Sherman became the Secretary.
