Are you or your employees in need of a midday Power-Up? The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce has you covered with an upcoming super-charged Professional Power-Up (PPU) session coming July 11 in-person at the Biggs Museum of American Art in Downtown Dover from 12-1 p.m. Lunch is provided. Come and recharge your brain battery with interesting information to help you grow, connect, and get inspired with likeminded individuals.

This month, the community will have the opportunity to hear and learn from the Biggs’ Museum Director, Michael Dudich, discuss the similarities and differences between leading a non-profit company versus leading a for-profit company. This is a topic that is not spoken about often but can offer insightful and applicable information to many circumstances. There are many factors to consider when leading a nonprofit or for-profit company that can be helpful as business leaders continue to hone their skills.

The CDCC is excited for Director Dudich to share his experiential expertise of this subject with you. Director Dudich has more than 30 years of experience in managing intricate organizations in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. He is deeply committed to the Biggs Museum, being a part of the central Delaware community, and building upon the Biggs Museum’s legacy. Director Dudich is an exceptional choice to speak about this topic because of his vast knowledge of leadership in the arts, which you are sure to fully grasp as he shares his story and his wisdom. The community is encouraged to attend this Professional Power-Up session to broaden their horizons and meet new people, while supporting a local nonprofit in a relaxing atmosphere.
