SMYRNA — The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Little Caesars Smyrna Aug. 29 at 599 Jimmy Drive.

Chamber members and friends joined the Little Caesars team and the community to celebrate the grand re-opening of this business under new ownership.

As a recently established restaurant group, the Smyrna team, owned by Danny Ruffin, embarked on its journey by launching a Little Caesars franchise division in Pennsylvania. Recognizing Delaware as a prospect, he saw it as an opportunity to form local partnerships and contribute positively to family-owned businesses and schools.

Mr. Ruffin said, “Delaware captured our attention due to its natural beauty and the presence of an established Little Caesars market. Recognizing this as the ideal moment, we decided to introduce our next family-oriented store to Delaware, with a particular focus on providing students and young adults with valuable opportunities for growth and development.”
