Dover’s tulip giveaway set for June 5
DOVER — The tulips that have beautified the city of Dover this spring will be given away in a drive-thru fashion at the Pitts Center on June 5 from 9 a.m. until noon.
City officials request that in the meantime citizens do not dig the tulips up. City crews will be going through the tulips, bagging them up and getting ready for distribution. Each bag given away will contain up to 50 bulbs.
