Sussex grants extension to Stratus Estates development

By GEORGETOWN — The approved site plan for the 226-lot development of Stratus Estates was granted an extension by Sussex County Council on Tuesday.
The site was formerly known as Cool Spring Meadows.
Its developers requested the extension due to additional work required at the location.
The subdivision approval now expires Oct. 22.
